Sunday Club Runs

Tamworth Cycling Club are now running regular Sunday morning club runs starting at 09:30hrs from the Castle Grounds Cafe. Distance is currently 30ish miles & will include a cafe stop, the pace will be steady & we will look at having two groups depending on numbers & abilities. The runs will have a rider responsible for the route, distance, speed & also to ensure no one is left behind. We welcome non-club members & beginners on the runs ideally with a view to joining the club at a later stage if they enjoy the rides.

Club runs will be held in all but extreme conditions.

An brief explanation of the ride will be posted on our facebook page on the Saturday.
For more info & my contact details please see facebook: Tamworth Cycling Club.

Regards!
Ray

London Edinburgh London 1400k charity ride

London Edinburgh London 1400k charity ride

Myself and Kim Hinchliffe (AKA Team Doris) are riding the London Edinburgh London Audax in July
http://www.londonedinburghlondon.com It's 1400k (875miles) & has to be ridden within a time limit of 4 days & 20 hours. We have been sposored by & will be raising funds for Doris Banham Dog Rescue www.dogsos.co.uk

The organiser of LEL had his dog Alwyn from this charity, and was amazed at how much they achieve with so little.

If you have a moment, and a quid or two, we'd all be most grateful.

Many thanks!
Ray

Audax update for 2013

With Clive being very busy and possibly moving I have taken the Audax rides back under my wing.  The April Rides are on the Audax Calander to be soon followed by the September ones.

For December this year we will be running a Group Perm.  If you want to do a 212 km Audax on the 1st December send Geoff Cleaver an entry form for the Two Battles Permenant.  http://www.aukweb.net/perms/detail/GC01/  We will be starting from the Pretty Pigs as usual.
